Every year the IITs conduct a Joint Entrance Examination (JEE), to select candidates for the four year B. Tech., B. Pharm., five year B. Arch., M. Tech. and M. Sc. Courses offered at their campuses located in Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Mumbai & Roorkee.
